What you will do

• Design and implement backend solutions supporting healthcare workflows
• Integrate external EHR systems and ensure reliable data exchange
• Work with structured and semi-structured medical data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
• Contribute to system reliability, scalability, and performance

Requirements

• English B2+ and strong communication skills
• Solid experience in software development (Python or other modern languages)
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data integrations (EHR/EMR systems)
• Familiarity with interoperability standards such as FHIR and/or HL7
• Experience working with APIs and data exchange between systems
• Ability to work in a product-oriented or client-facing environment
• Ability to navigate complex domains

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic, eClinicalWorks, or other major EHR platforms
• Knowledge of US healthcare domain and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Experience with real-time data processing or event-driven architectures
• Background in healthcare analytics, clinical workflows, or medical data systems
