What you will do

• Conduct research to identify new and emerging creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Evaluate influencers based on audience demographics, engagement, brand alignment, and content authenticity.
• Execute first-contact outreach and manage pipelines including follow-ups and conversions to partnerships.
• Build and maintain an organized influencer database with accurate creator profiles.
• Collaborate with campaign team to source talent proactively and report on pipeline metrics and performance.
• Analyze trends and creator communities to identify early brand partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent sourcing.
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and the creator economy.
• Strong research skills for identifying authentic, high-potential creators.
• Excellent written communication for compelling outreach messages.
• High organization and experience with CRM or talent tracking tools.
• Analytical skills to assess audience quality and engagement metrics.
