What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance inbound recruitment and employer branding for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Position the company as an employer of choice through content, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize talent attraction and hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment for tech and non-tech roles within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and employer branding.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leadership and hiring managers.
- Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess talent and engage top candidates.
- Data-driven approach to optimizing recruitment processes and improving outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
