What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance inbound recruitment and employer branding for both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Position the company as an employer of choice through content, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize talent attraction and hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment for tech and non-tech roles within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and employer branding.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leadership and hiring managers.
  • Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess talent and engage top candidates.
  • Data-driven approach to optimizing recruitment processes and improving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
