TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Manager (SaaS): Own end-to-end recruitment process from job ads to hiring for growing ERP ecosystem with an accent on sourcing, structured interviews, and candidate experience. Focus on building talent pipelines, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding in DACH region.

Must reside in Germany or the Netherlands. Remote across Europe or from office-hubs in Augsburg, Berlin, Munich, and Lohne (Oldenburg).

Established tech startup backed by Sequoia Capital and Visionaries Club, building SaaS ERP to automate resource planning for entrepreneurs and e-commerce.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment: craft job ads, conduct interviews, ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Source and engage candidates via multiple channels, build talent pipeline for ERP roles.
  • Lead structured interviews assessing skills and cultural fit for distributed team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders on priorities.
  • Improve employer branding and recruiting operations for DACH region.
  • Contribute to People & Organization projects enhancing culture and development.

Requirements

  • Reside in Germany or the Netherlands
  • Fluent in English, German at least B2
  • 2-4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally SaaS/B2B/eCommerce
  • Strong sourcing skills, LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Stakeholder management and internal relationship building
  • Proactive, structured approach with excellent communication in fast-paced remote environment
  • Autonomous "get things done" attitude with empathy for candidates and managers
  • 1-year limited contract, start ASAP
