What you will do

• Translate employer brand strategy into hiring execution, ensuring alignment across different teams and markets.
• Develop and maintain recruiter toolkits, including messaging frameworks, outreach templates, and pitch decks.
• Ensure consistency of employer brand messaging across the entire candidate journey, from first interaction to offer.
• Adapt campaign narratives into recruiter-ready assets to support the activation of branding campaigns.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and Internal Communications to align external narratives with internal messaging.
• Establish feedback loops with Talent Acquisition to gather candidate and recruiter insights for strategy improvement.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications.
• Deep understanding of the candidate journey and experience aligning brand messaging with candidate experience.
• Proven experience developing messaging frameworks and recruitment marketing assets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.
