What you will do

• Own the full 360° recruitment cycle from kick-off through offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct headhunting in a startup environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to design interviews, evaluate candidates, and negotiate offers.
• Collaborate with executives to implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
• Champion the employer brand to attract exceptional talent across different functions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in tech, product, or startup environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms and techniques.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems.
• Must be based in Istanbul for on-site work.
