What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and social media to attract scarce talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and pools for future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and motivate them to enter the selection process.
• Map talent markets and provide insights to managers regarding candidate availability and competition.
• Continuously optimize sourcing channels, tools, and employer branding visibility.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably both agency-side and in-house.
• Proven experience recruiting scarce profiles within IT and/or Business Intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Strong familiarity with talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of SEO.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Porto office in Portugal (Hybrid).
