What you will do

• Quantify and reduce risks and secure opportunities across APAC projects to ensure commercial process compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams during tender negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial and clear terms.
• Review and improve transactional risk management processes and tools to maintain high quality standards.
• Assess project cashflows, milestone management, and the application of T&Cs.
• Manage securities, guarantees, and forex currency risks in alignment with the Treasury department.
• Forecast order entries, margins, and revenue recognition while facilitating a lessons-learned culture from prior bids.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification.
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in the energy, construction, or EPC sectors.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to inhirify.global stakeholders internally and externally.
• Deep understanding of project cashflows, milestone management, and mitigating actions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for reporting to senior management.
