What you will do

• Lead end-to-end spacecraft systems engineering from concept design to integration and verification.
• Define and manage system architecture, mission requirements, and interface control for flight segment and avionics.
• Collaborate on flight software design, coding, and validation.
• Lead engineering teams through complex project phases, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Support sales activities.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in spacecraft systems engineering or flight software development.
• Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and experience in requirements analysis, system architecture, interface definition, verification & validation.
• Excellent programming skills in C, C++ and experience with real-time operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ambitious attitude.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with commercial missions.
• Familiarity with CubeSat platforms.
• Experience with version control, continuous integration and delivery.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proven ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams.
