What you will do
- Acquire and activate new SMB partners via daily targeted cold field sweeps to drive rapid GMV growth.
- Perform advanced territory mapping and commercial area analysis to optimize prospecting routes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing Terms & Conditions using a consultative pitch.
- Maintain 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Build trust-based relationships with business owners to ensure partner retention and recurring goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in cold Field Sales Hunter roles (street sales/outbound acquisition).
- Proven track record of consistently over-executing sales quotas (110%+) in outbound environments.
- Practical mastery of Salesforce CRM for strategic pipeline management.
- Ability to translate monthly GMV quotas into detailed daily execution and territory plans.
- Strong resilience and a self-starter mindset to autonomously drive strategy adjustments.
