What you will do
- Develop differentiated product messaging and positioning for Platform, CI/CD, SRE, and Observability teams.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales.
- Conduct AI-powered market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights for product strategy.
- Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, battle cards, and ROI calculators.
- Produce high-volume technical content (whitepapers, guides, blogs) using an AI-first content workflow.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-focused narratives for CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience in the DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud native ecosystem.
- Deep familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, Helm), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline architectures.
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
- Demonstrated ability to work in an AI-augmented workflow (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to produce content and research at scale.
- Proven ability to quantify ROI and build business cases for executive-level technical buyers.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Background as a DevOps practitioner, SRE, or platform engineer prior to moving into marketing.
- Experience marketing to enterprise-scale organizations within the cloud native space.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and content management systems.
