A high-growth company building a next-generation generative infrastructure platform that leverages tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to streamline development workflows.

What you will do

  • Develop differentiated product messaging and positioning for Platform, CI/CD, SRE, and Observability teams.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales.
  • Conduct AI-powered market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights for product strategy.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, battle cards, and ROI calculators.
  • Produce high-volume technical content (whitepapers, guides, blogs) using an AI-first content workflow.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-focused narratives for CTOs and VPs of Engineering.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience in the DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud native ecosystem.
  • Deep familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, Helm), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline architectures.
  • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an AI-augmented workflow (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to produce content and research at scale.
  • Proven ability to quantify ROI and build business cases for executive-level technical buyers.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Background as a DevOps practitioner, SRE, or platform engineer prior to moving into marketing.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise-scale organizations within the cloud native space.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and content management systems.
