What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through deal closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key accounts to build long-term relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, including outreach and closing.
  • Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese (required).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
