We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a government entity based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the registration of legal consultants and licensing of legal consultancy firms, ensuring full compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for the regulatory framework, policies and updating bylaws.
The successful candidate will be common law qualified with at least 8 years total experience, with a minimum of 3 years within an international law firm.
