What you will do

• Design and deploy a fully integrated 3-statement financial model consolidating all legal entities with real-time intercompany interactions.
• Embed Colombian regulatory capital mechanics (encaje, solvencia, IRL) achieving 100% accuracy against SFC reporting.
• Establish a 3-track reconciliation framework (NIIF, IFRS 9, Management Reporting) explaining provision and tax variances.
• Produce monthly Base vs. Downside scenario analyses defining capital headroom for CFO decisions.
• Reduce monthly financial forecasting cycle time by 20% through automation and improved architecture.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in building and maintaining banking-grade 3-statement models handling portfolio movements, accounting, and cash responses.
• Deep understanding of Colombian SFC requirements for Solvencia, IRL, CEFEN, and complex tax dynamics like DTA optimization.
• Experience in multi-entity consolidation, pro-forma modeling, intercompany eliminations, and maintaining single source of truth.
• Structured thinking to translate financial trade-offs into actionable insights under high ambiguity.
• Track record bridging accounting tracks (NIIF vs. IFRS 9) with reconciliation frameworks for provision variances.
