Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze financial statements across entities to evaluate performance and identify trends
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for strategic decisions
• Consolidate data into reports and dashboards
• Monitor debt structures, leverage ratios, and covenant compliance
• Prepare investor materials, presentations, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
• Support capital raises, acquisitions, financing, and lender reporting
• Coordinate with accounting teams, lenders, and advisors

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in finance, investment analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience analyzing financial statements and data
• PowerPoint for reports and presentations
• Analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to have

• Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Experience preparing CIMs or investor presentations
• Familiarity with debt structures, capital stacks, and financial covenants
• Experience supporting financing, refinancing, or capital strategy
