What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries in French via email and social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns using Gorgias and Shopify.
- Engage with the community to build long-term loyalty and convert customers into brand advocates.
- Provide flexible support during high-volume product launches and promotional spikes.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and empathetic communication.
Requirements
- Native or professional-level fluency in French (C2).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Community Management, ideally in D2C or E-commerce.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (30–40 hours per week) with later shift coverage to meet market demand.
- Proactive and energetic mindset suited for a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
