TL;DR

Revenue Operations Analyst (RevOps): Lead the improvement and automation of RevOps controls and financial workflows to scale accuracy, speed, and compliance with an accent on SOX control enhancements, KPI frameworks, and robust automations. Focus on designing merchant-level P&L reviews, driving cross-functional execution, and reducing manual work and operational risk.

What you will do

• Own and elevate SOX controls for RevOps, including design, effectiveness, operating rigor, and audit readiness; close gaps end-to-end.
• Define KPI and control monitoring framework with leading/lagging metrics, thresholds, and auto-alerts.
• Lead cross-team follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure timely closure of remediations and process changes.
• Architect standardized processes and control narratives; embed controls into workflows by design.
• Lead end-to-end automation of high-impact RevOps workflows, including requirements, data models, reconciliation logic, and exceptions.
• Partner with Finance/IT on automation roadmap for data pipelines, BI models, validations, and approvals.
• Conduct deep-dive merchant P&L reviews; quantify impact, recommend levers, and track outcomes.
• Triage complex ad-hoc tasks and convert them into repeatable, automated workflows.
• Mentor junior team members on controls, analytics, and automation best practices.

Requirements

• Expert Excel and strong SQL/BI; able to model metrics, automations, and reconciliations at scale.
• Proven experience improving and evidencing SOX/internal controls in revenue/financial processes.
• Practical automation experience with workflows, orchestration, scripts, scheduled queries, and data validation patterns.
• Strong finance acumen; comfort with merchant-level P&L and variance drivers.
• Process design, risk mindset, audit-ready documentation, and stakeholder leadership.
• Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).
