What you will do
- Communicate directly with corporate customers and business partners.
- Investigate and improve the handling of customer claims.
- Liaise with carriers and internal departments to resolve complex customer situations.
- Negotiate the return of defective goods with vendors.
Requirements
- Very good German (B2) proficiency.
- English (B1-B2) proficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in support, customer service, or data entry is an advantage, though candidates without experience are welcome.
