Salary: $200,000 - $275,000

What you will do

• Position hirify.global solutions within Automotive and Robotics reference designs and platform roadmaps.
• Build and maintain relationships with AI platform companies across engineering, product, and executive leadership teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams to support strategic engagements.
• Identify new partnership opportunities in emerging platform programs and developer ecosystems.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence on AI infrastructure and autonomous systems trends.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or technical sales within semiconductors, AI infrastructure, or networking.
• Existing relationships within the Silicon Valley AI and semiconductor ecosystem.
• Strong technical understanding of Ethernet networking, SerDes, and PHY silicon architectures.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with ROS/ROS2, Isaac Sim, or CUDA.
• Knowledge of OSI network layers 2+, Ethernet switches, and IEEE802.1 protocols.
• Experience with TSN and PCIe protocols and topologies.
