Salary: $142,000 - $192,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three endpoint engineers, focusing on individual growth plans and performance.
• Establish team operating rhythms including sprint cadence, backlog grooming, and async-first communication.
• Define and maintain the CPE roadmap aligned with security priorities and company-wide strategy.
• Guide architecture for macOS-first endpoint platforms, including MDM configuration and zero-touch provisioning.
• Drive technical initiatives for permission automation, third-party patching, and device lifecycle improvements.
• Partner with Security, Identity, and Developer Productivity teams to ensure platform health and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or corporate IT engineering at scale.
• Strong expertise in macOS device management (Jamf) and MDM architecture.
• 2+ years of people management or formal technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python, with experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or CIS Benchmarks.
• Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with software distribution pipelines such as AutoPkg or Munki.
• Experience in fintech or regulated high-growth environments.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible in an IT or corporate engineering context.
• Jamf 300 certification or equivalent depth of knowledge.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management (Intune, SCCM).
