What you will do

• Design and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning to improve system resilience.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps principles, security by design, and observability.
• Develop internal tooling, templates, and self-service workflows to eliminate developer friction.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual toil and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term technical strategies for infrastructure and security.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong proficiency with IaC tools, specifically Terraform.
• Experience with Docker, Python, and configuration management tools like Chef.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.
