Location: Hybrid (Paris / Rueil), must be based in France

What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis on business and human rights to inform the global Social & Communities strategy.
• Support the structuring and roll-out of the global strategy in collaboration with cross-functional and local teams.
• Create high-quality strategic documents, presentations, toolkits, and trainings for internal upskilling.
• Monitor and follow up on key initiatives and consolidate feedback from local teams for improvement.
• Handle sensitive and strategic information with high discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business & Human rights, Social Impact, Responsible Supply Chains, or International Development.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational skills and reliability.
• Business and human rights-oriented profile with a strong interest in sustainability.
