Salary: $72.10–$81.70 per hour

What you will do

• Perform clinical lab testing across extractions, library prep, enrichments, and sequencing on patient samples.
• Handle specimen processing, record-keeping, and result reporting per procedures.
• Implement quality control, troubleshoot assays/equipment, and document corrective actions.
• Train CLS and lab personnel, monitor non-licensed staff, and provide troubleshooting guidance.
• Assist in audits, regulatory activities, and assay development.
• Resolve complex problems independently to support team goals.

Requirements

• Valid California CLS or CGMBS license required.
• Bachelor's degree in sciences or related field.
• At least 4 years CLS experience in clinical lab; minimum 1 year in lead role.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Experience with manual DNA/RNA extractions, library prep preferred.
