Salary: $57.81–$67.50/hr

What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic techniques and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and other regulatory agencies.
• Review prescriptions and orders for accuracy in admixing and dispensing.
• Supervise IV technicians and interns, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve order discrepancies and maintain positive relationships with customer pharmacy personnel.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs and perform quality control functions.

Requirements

• Valid Pharmacist license in Illinois (IL) required.
• Bachelor's degree or PharmD required.
• 1+ years of related professional experience.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and one weekend per month.
• Full working knowledge of professional pharmacy practices and procedures.
