Director of Product Management (Health Care)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product strategy in partnership with the CPO and business leadership.
• Define team topology, establish squad ownership, and minimize dependencies.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers on discovery methodology and outcome thinking.
• Serve as the primary product voice for the group to executive stakeholders, sales, and customer success.
• Manage the intake process for feature and capability requests, framing them as problems to be solved.
• Monitor cross-squad dependencies and ensure squads have instrumentation to track key results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including time on an empowered, discovery-led team.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers with a coaching-first approach.
• Demonstrated track record of defining product strategy rather than just executing roadmaps.
• Location: Based in Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.
• Experience with SaaS products in healthcare, institutional, enterprise, or regulated environments.
