Salary: $100,000-150,000 USD per year (San Diego, CA)

What you will do

• Perform operations analysis and effectiveness engineering for COMSATCOM and CBSP solutions.
• Develop strategic C4I capabilities, provide technical expertise for cost estimates, and support program acquisition lifecycle.
• Assess threats to terminal/satellite performance and recommend system enhancements.
• Evaluate Navy Teleports shore-based solutions and vendor reports for alignment with objectives.
• Review and recommend upgrades for COMSATCOM software planning tools.
• Support Engineering Change Proposals and advise program leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting SATCOM systems; Active Secret clearance; US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree (engineering/technical preferred)
• Systems engineering SME experience for COMSATCOM; support to program leadership
• Familiarity with Navy PoR, PEO C4I/NAVWAR processes, organization, and C4I systems
• Strong project management, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
