What you will do

• Lead Consultants, Project Managers, and Technical Services to deliver non-scale, high-touch consulting engagements.
• Drive an AI & Automation-first strategy by adopting tools and workflows that improve delivery quality and scalability.
• Own the short-to-mid-term strategy and operating direction for the consulting organization, including capacity modeling and talent strategy.
• Manage the Consulting360 service offering, refining delivery governance, playbooks, and enablement.
• Enforce delivery standards, SOW scoping discipline, and change control through a consistent operating cadence.
• Drive cross-functional interlock with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure clean handoffs and closed-loop feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Proven experience leading professional services or consulting organizations in a software/SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in operational rigor, performance management (utilization, margin), and SOW discipline.
• Experience with strategic organizational planning and integrating acquired teams.
• Ability to travel 10-20% as required.
