What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex Payroll projects for the largest enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing best practices, thought leadership, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and support junior team members on technical nuances and customer engagement strategies.
• Validate customer requirements through technical workshops and informational sessions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and CX Engineers to design and deliver custom technical solutions.
• Map customer business structures to the platform, optimizing for performance and ease of use.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in delivery, implementation, or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a payroll implementation specialist.
• Proven ability to document requirements specifications, gap analysis, and data flow diagrams.
• Strong experience with enterprise SaaS applications and implementation cycles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical project team members.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne for hybrid work.
