TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, or Osaka); remote options available within these locations.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Customer Value Architects in executing account onboarding and defining customer success plans.
  • Partner with sales leaders to drive expansion and adoption of Falcon Flex within existing and new accounts.
  • Supervise the development of competitive business propositions and ROI analyses to demonstrate financial impact.
  • Oversee the delivery of Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) focusing on value realization and growth.
  • Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition and support renewal cycles.
  • Manage team performance, career development, and accountability for quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Expert leadership skills in collaboration and prioritization to direct team operations.
  • Expert-level industry knowledge of cybersecurity and customer decision-making processes.
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability in C-level presentations and negotiation.
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies and software business value concepts.
  • Based in Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, or Osaka).

Nice to have

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to communicate ROI metrics.
  • Experience with flexible licensing models and complex customer relationship management.
