What you will do

• Own end-to-end roadmap and product delivery for core hirify.global products.
• Execute product strategies aligned with company vision for high ROI.
• Collaborate with senior management on high-level roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
• Inspire cross-functional teams around vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Incorporate feedback from users, partners, stakeholders to expand market reach.
• Quality assure releases for compliance, security, and user needs; track success metrics.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management/ownership in B2B, fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Experience with marketplace, mobile, and/or wallet features.
• Strategic ownership with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Commercial and financial understanding aligned to business cases.
• Stakeholder management across levels up to board.
• Experience in agile environment; problem-solving with user focus.
