What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top-tier candidates through various specialized channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent stages with hiring managers.
• Manage the full candidate journey to ensure timely communication and a positive experience.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular progress reports to the HR team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Professional background in the tech or fin-tech industries.
• Must have the right to work in the country where you are based.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
