What you will do

• Source and screen candidates across various technical roles.
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, internal ATS (Greenhouse/Lever), and local job boards.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain candidate communication.
• Perform market mapping and competitor research to refine hiring strategies.
• Develop and support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and suggest process improvements based on operational observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced, and tech-driven environment.
