What you will do

• Lead and architect enterprise-scale data migrations from Microsoft 365/Exchange environments to Google Workspace.
• Design AI Agent solutions, defining agentic workflows, tool integration, and governance models using Vertex AI.
• Build sophisticated workflows using Google Apps Script, APIs, and low-code platforms like AppSheet.
• Serve as a strategic technical advisor during pre-sales to validate solutions and inform technical roadmaps.
• Develop robust governance models, security frameworks, and technical best practices for the digital workplace.
• Mentor the digital workplace team and develop new service offerings related to automation and AI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience leading large-scale migrations from M365 (OneDrive, SharePoint) to Google Workspace.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and deep proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
• Development experience with Google Apps Script and API integrations (Google Cloud, Microsoft Graph).
• Experience building business applications with Google AppSheet and contributing to pre-sales in consulting.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience using GCP services like Cloud Functions, Cloud Identity, and BigQuery for custom integrations.
• Proven experience deploying production-grade AI agents using Vertex AI Agent Builder and Gemini models.
• Experience building RAG systems with Vertex AI Search and Conversation.
• Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.
