What you will do

• Spearhead the planning and execution of infrastructure deployments using automation tools to ensure stability and scalability.
• Manage day-to-day operations and optimize workflows to maintain high availability (HA) and meet SLOs.
• Develop backend features in Go that support extension, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Interface with end-users and developers to collect feedback and inform product direction.
• Standardize AI-assisted workflows, including coding, reviews, and debugging, to boost engineering velocity.
• Foster a culture of high engineering standards by collaborating on team building and hiring.

Requirements

• Deep experience building with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Cloudflare) and Kubernetes (Istio, Helm Charts).
• Proficiency in infrastructure configuration management using Terraform and Atlantis.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Hands-on Go lang experience, specifically with Networking, HTTP, gRPC, and OpenTelemetry.
• Expertise in implementing SRE principles and production observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
• Must have the right to work for the country you are based in.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools such as LLM coding assistants and prompt patterns.
• Strong security fundamentals and experience implementing cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.
