DevOps Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Implement and manage infrastructure to enable rapid and effective engineering delivery.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in DevOps processes to maximize developer velocity.
• Maintain hirify.global chain reliability, validator infrastructure, and explorer services.
• Improve the core developer experience for internal and external teams.
• Assist large enterprises in onboarding to crypto by educating them on running validators.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience maintaining and scaling bare metal and cloud production environments.
• Proficiency in building tooling and scripts using Rust, Go, or Python.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Skilled in deploying monitoring, alerting, and observability systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of Linux networking and system troubleshooting.
