What you will do

• Lead and grow feature-focused engineering teams including frontend, backend, and mobile engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design to define and deliver core product roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support as needed.
• Foster high-performing, ownership-driven engineering culture aligned with company values.
• Attract, coach, and retain top engineering talent.
• Ensure strong processes, velocity, code quality, and cross-team alignment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years engineering management leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced product environments.
• 8–10+ years total software engineering experience, strong full-stack foundation (backend + frontend/mobile).
• Proven execution skills for complex technical initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Success leading product teams shipping user-facing features at scale.
• Strong people management, product mindset, and communication in remote teams.
