What you will do

• Build and own product roadmap for integrations aligning with hirify.global's strategy for both CXDP and Fresh Relevance platforms.
• Conduct continuous discovery with stakeholders to map integrations landscape, industry trends, and competitors.
• Assess API schemas, authentication, and iPaaS (Tray) capabilities to identify integration possibilities.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to develop solutions, test assumptions, and define success metrics.
• Drive integrations strategy through market research, prioritization, pricing suggestions, and launch processes.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle in Agile framework, tracking outcomes and iterating based on learnings.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles from scoping to delivery and iteration in Agile.
• Hands-on in product discovery and delivery with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building relationships with customers, partners, sales, and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to evangelize goals and handle productive conversations.
• Super organized with cross-functional team execution of roadmaps and clear roadblock communication.
• Experimented with AI tools for prototyping, research, and idea exploration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with API & authentication frameworks and iPaaS systems (e.g., Tray).
