What you will do

• Own long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise digital platforms, aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and patient outcomes.
• Prioritize and drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams to deliver high-impact product capabilities on time.
• Define and track success metrics across business value, operational efficiency, and user experience improvements.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to design scalable, secure, and interoperable system solutions across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to improve automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously improve product performance using data insights, experimentation, and optimization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of technical product management experience delivering large-scale complex digital platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and modern software architecture.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in highly regulated environments with compliance and quality considerations.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in product development, including automation, analytics, and decision intelligence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
