What you will do

• Assemble, test, and rework high-complexity electromechanical radar equipment to a high quality standard.
• Perform precision operations including soldering, wiring, crimping, drilling, and detailed PCB rework.
• Execute tasks based on detailed technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing procedures.
• Troubleshoot defects and raise reports via the company business data management system.
• Contribute to the creation and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, numeracy, and literacy.
• PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Physical capability for standing, walking, bending, and regular manual lifting throughout the day.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Enfield, GB.

• Experience working in a cellular manufacturing environment.
