What you will do

• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate company involvement to meet partner performance objectives.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals.
• Lead joint planning for mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience selling IT products in Saudi market
• IT distribution experience
• Experience with distributors or system integrators
• Background in Physical Security and AI solutions
• IT Diploma (plus)
• Self-starter, results-driven, team player with customer-first mentality
