What you will do

• Execute B2B marketing strategy and operating model under the CMO's management.
• Lead and orchestrate a central B2B Marketing team consisting of 6 specialists.
• Validate and lead B2B content creation, including white papers, insights, LinkedIn content, and webinars.
• Drive the creation of sales enablement tools such as sales decks, success cases, and product videos.
• Oversee website management, event landing pages, and CRM marketing automation strategy.
• Coordinate with local marketing communities to align B2B initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior experience in B2B marketing within an international environment.
• Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings.
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Levallois Perret, France.
