HR Generalist (Staffing)

TL;DR

HR Generalist (Staffing): Supporting daily talent needs and end-to-end HR processes for contractors and clients with an accent on onboarding, off-boarding, and HRMS management. Focus on optimizing HR workflows, maintaining documentation, and organizing team-building events.

Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, UA). Must be available to work from the office 4 times a week.

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for contractors and clients, coordinating with internal teams to provide professional support.
• Execute end-to-end HR processes, including smooth onboarding and off-boarding for local and remote contractors.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with tech and non-tech professionals to identify risks and ensure timely escalation.
• Develop and improve HR workflows and documentation within Notion and PeopleForce.
• Prepare and deliver tailored HR reports for managers and clients.
• Plan and execute local and international team-building, educational, and entertainment events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the HR field.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and knowledge base systems.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (written and verbal).
• Availability to work full-time and come to the office in Kyiv 4 times a week.
• Experience in event management and planning.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
