What you will do

• Drive the Paid Social roadmap across the region, focusing on audience, creative, and measurement maturity.
• Oversee best-in-class campaign activation and ensure alignment with performance KPIs.
• Nurture strategic client relationships and design tailored Paid Social strategies for the client portfolio.
• Manage and motivate a diverse team, including onshore resources and an offshore team in Poland.
• Ensure operational and financial excellence, including spend reconciliation and platform fee management.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Experience leading client relationships within a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in people management and developing junior talent.
• Proficiency with trading platforms, specifically DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
