What you will do

  • Drive targeted revenue growth within a portfolio of global strategic accounts and acquire new logos.
  • Own and execute account plans, collaborating with SMEs and internal stakeholders to deliver agreed actions.
  • Manage high-value sales pipelines (£2-10m annually), ensuring accuracy in forecasting and closure timelines.
  • Oversee account retention, minimizing risk of loss and preventing unnecessary re-tendering of business.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge and represent hirify.global as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.
  • Monitor account satisfaction (NPS) and provide competitive analysis to influence product development.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field with proven B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales focus in the Certification Body industry or previous experience within the Mobility & Transportation sector (Logistics, Defense, Rail, Road, Air, Automotive).
  • Track record of delivering growth within large strategic organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering presentations to C-suite executives.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Must be based in Yokohama, Japan.
