What you will do

• Transform AI research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Design and develop AI-driven systems and applications based on business requirements.
• Build and deploy datasets, data pipelines, and representation methods for AI tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis, benchmarking, and model optimization.
• Engineer effective prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Integrate and extend existing AI libraries and frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer focused on Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, and Ollama.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of building, deploying, and scaling AI models in production environments.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling Agentic Systems and familiarity with MCP Servers.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of edge AI, on-device inference, or model quantization.
• Background in reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative models (GANs, diffusion).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
