What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction of ML infrastructure and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Develop and optimize cutting-edge solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.
• Architect and oversee complex ML pipelines, managing both real-time and batch inference systems.
• Mentor mid-level ML Engineers, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex ML concepts into actionable business insights.
• Integrate new technologies and tools to ensure ML frameworks remain at the cutting edge.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with AWS and extensive experience with Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of software development, DevOps, and MLOps best practices in production.
• Proven track record in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable models and services.
• Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and Airflow or Dagster for pipeline orchestration.
• Significant experience with Data Engineering, Kafka, and stream processing.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
