AI Engineer

TL;DR

AI Engineer (Python/LLM): Implementing new AI features and building LLM/VLM frameworks with an accent on fine-tuning and model performance. Focus on developing AI agents, conducting R&D experiments, and moving concepts from proof-of-concept to production.

What you will do

• Implement AI features in products and build tools augmenting LLM/VLM capabilities.
• Develop AI automations and autonomous AI agents.
• Fine-tune and maintain models using the HuggingFace toolkit and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine custom datasets.
• Conduct R&D to rapidly transition AI-driven concepts from PoC to MVP and production.
• Evaluate existing solutions and conduct experiments for system improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the AI/ML space, with at least 2 years focusing on language models.
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python.
• Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, and Guardrails.
• Solid understanding of neural networks and Transformer architecture.
• Must be located in one of the specified countries (Egypt, Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, South Africa, Tunisia, North Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Rust.
• Experience with other modalities such as vision or audio.
• Previous track record in an R&D department.
