What you will do
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for Corporate Engineering tooling including incident, knowledge, and project management.
- Design and oversee a scalable, secure, and integrated ecosystem of enterprise applications such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Build robust automation and integration workflows using APIs and webhooks to eliminate manual operations.
- Provide technical leadership, review system architecture, and serve as the primary expert for the team's domain.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of application governance and data management solutions.
- Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise AI solutions and productivity tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT or systems engineering, with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Deep hands-on experience administering and integrating modern SaaS applications.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript/Google Apps Script.
- Experience implementing and leveraging AI solutions.
- Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA, and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
