What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable developer-facing products and APIs for LLM and Agentic application development.
• Collaborate with product, design, and developer relations teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Implement and improve validation, monitoring, and observability for ML services within sandbox environments.
• Drive the full development lifecycle from ideation and architecture to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Mentor team members through code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript and hands-on experience with LLM models.
• Experience building developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.
• Must work on-site in the San Francisco office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of API design, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining ML services in production environments.
• Experience with LLMops or MLOps, specifically for developer-facing products.
• Experience building developer platforms or sandbox environments.
