What you will do

• Provide cybersecurity engineering support to assigned project teams supporting the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO).
• Perform security assessments and develop vulnerability remediation options.
• Develop and employ cybersecurity tools used within DoD architectures.
• Synthesize intelligence products and scan results to prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with multiple partners and agencies to ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies while meeting program milestones.
• Advise the government customer on risks to performance, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility and willingness to sit for a CI Poly.
• Relevant MA/MS/ME Degree and a minimum of 10 years of DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience.
• At least 2 years of total SAP and/or SCI environment experience, with 1 year within the last 5 years.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Containers, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficiency in a variety of programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) and/or NIST SP 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Nice to have

• 15+ years of relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience.
• DoD 8140/DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level II Certification.
• CISSP certification.
• Experience as a Security Control Assessor (SCA).
• Expert knowledge in the development and fielding of space systems.
